Get ready for an incredible night of hard-hitting, guitar-driven music as Gov’t Mule and Larkin Poe present their co-headlining 2026 Spring Tour at the legendary and iconic Uptown Theater in Kansas City, MO on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026! Doors open at 7:00 PM with music at 8:00 PM. 

Gov't Mule

Formed in 1994 by GRAMMY-nominated show-stopping guitarist Warren Haynes and bassist Allen Woody, who left the Allman Brothers to form a side band, Gov’t Mule has blossomed into one of the leading acts in Southern rock and jam band scenes. You can expect to hear hits like “Soulshine”, “Mule”, “Thorazine Shuffle”, “Banks of the Deep End”, and “Beautifully Broken” as played with their signature intensity. 

Larkin Poe

Larkin Poe is a high-energy roots rock band featuring sisters Rebecca and Megan Lovell from north Georgia now based in Nashville. You will be wowed as they perform hits like “Bad Spell”, “Holy Ghost Fire”, “She's A Self Made Man”, “Summertime Sunset”, and “Bluephoria”. Their most recent album was released in 2025, earning a nomination for Best Americana Album. The sisters won the GRAMMY Award for Best Blues Album adding to their numerous Blues Music Award nominations.

Uptown Theater Information

When you visit the venue, you will be in the historic iconic Uptown Theater at 3700 Broadway in Kansas City’s Valentine neighborhood. Built in the art deco style in 1928, it holds 2,400 people. You will enjoy reserved seating, including orchestra, balcony, and loge levels ensuring great views of the stage no matter where you sit! You can enjoy a full bar with beer, wine, and cocktails available for you throughout the evening. Standard concession and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available at the venue. The Uptown Theater has facilities available for those requiring them. There is free parking available for this event at Uptown Shoppes across the street from the venue available on a first-come first-served basis. You can also find additional street parking available. There are numerous street parking spots and parking lots for your vehicle close by.
